PoolPro is pool service management software operated by Kye Yocham LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and software and to the service and account text messages we send on behalf of the pool service company you do business with.

Information we collect

• Contact details such as your name, email address, mailing/service address, and mobile phone number.
• Account and service information such as your pool service schedule, visit history, invoices, and payments.
• Your communication preferences, including whether you have opted in to receive text messages.
• Basic technical data (such as device and usage information) needed to operate and secure the software.

How we use your information

• To schedule and deliver pool service, and to manage your account, invoices, and payments.
• To send you service and account notifications by email and, if you opt in, by text message.
• To respond to your requests and provide customer support.
• To operate, secure, and improve the software, and to comply with our legal obligations.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers that assist us in delivering these messages (for example, our messaging carrier), and only for that purpose.

Text messages we send are service and account notifications about your own pool service — not marketing. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help. How we share information

We share your information with the pool service company you do business with so they can provide your service, and with service providers who process data on our behalf (such as hosting, payment, and messaging providers) under contracts that require them to protect it. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and security

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations, and we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it.

Your choices

You can update your contact details and notification preferences at any time, opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below.
